Lavender is not just sweet-smelling for your bath or as a drawers-scent, you can put it into a refreshing lemonade. If you already have the grill going, lightly oil the scallions and toss them on the grate for a few minutes until they start to char, then slice and add to bean salads or side dishes for an additional flavour boost.
