Don’t forget that due to Rosh Hashonnah, this week’s delivery happens on TUESDAY, September 3rd. The links in the guessimate are to some recipes that can brighten your New Year’s table, or you can make a quinoa tabbouleh that will use several of the items and is gluten-free. The farmers think we will receive: Parsley, Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Kale or collards (recipe for which also uses the Garlic), Beets, Peppers, and/or Cucumbers.
